Sliding plates are plated against respective radial upper and lateral surfaces of the housing. The branch (52) has a convex surface slid on the lower surface of the housing. Connecting branches (53, 54) connect the branch (51) to the branch (52) for spacing the branches (51, 52) from one another and are connected together.</p>
