The present invention relates to functional bread and rice cake containing a pine mushroom powder and methods for manufacturing the same. The functional bread containing a pine mushroom powder according to the present invention comprises 18-22 wt% of a pine mushroom powder, 3-7 wt% of nonfat dry milk, 4-8 wt% of a baking powder, 5-8 wt% of margarine, 5-8 wt% of sugar, 3-7 wt% of eggs, 1-2 wt% of salt, and 55-60 wt% of water. According to the present invention, a consumer can completely ingest nutritional components of the pine mushroom powder useful to the human body; ingest the functional bread and rice cake as a meat substitution, thereby lowering cholesterol and preventing arteriosclerosis, heart disease, and hyperlipidemia; and enjoy distinctive flavor and taste of pine mushroom. |
