<p>According to an embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus for filling polysilicon includes: a storage part in which polysilicon to be contained in a crucible is stored; a supplying pipe which is connected to the storage part and is formed to be downward extended toward the crucible; a fixation part which supports the storage part to be located on an upper side of the crucible; and a storage part location adjusting means which is joined with the fixation part and changes locations of the fixation part and the storage part. According to the present invention, the apparatus promotes an easy operation of filling polysilicon in the crucible, can reduce time for filling polysilicon, and can prevent the polysilicon from being contaminated.</p> |
