<p>Disclosed is a method for programming fuse cells. A fuse cell includes a first anti fuse and a second anti fuse. The method for programming fuse cells includes: a step of making the insulation breakdown of the first anti fuse of at least one first fuse cell based on first data loaded into a program control circuit; and a step of making the insulation breakdown of the second anti fuse of the first fuse cell before loading second data into the program control circuit in order to make the insulation breakdown of the first anti fuse or second anti fuse of at least one second fuse cell.</p> |
