<p>The present invention relates to a seat adjusting device for vehicle capable of adjusting a seat from various directions for user convenience; prevents malfunction of the seat adjusting device; and minimize damage at the time of an accident. The seat adjusting device provided by the present invention includes: a pair of tracks installed in the floor of a vehicle in parallel; a pair of seat frames capable of sliding by arranging both lower sides on the pair of tracks; a pair of frame adjusting units connected to the pair of seat frames, controlling the slide motion of the pair of seat frames on the pair of tracks; a cross bar connected across the pair of seat frames; a sleeve arranged to surround the outer circumference surface of the cross bar; a lever bracket arranged to be in contact with each of both ends of the pair of frame adjusting units; and an adjusting lever arranged to be extended in a direction perpendicular to the cross bar from the sleeve in a fixated state on the sleeve; has an end positioned on the lever bracket; and is able to perform a pivot motion around the sleeve, wherein the pivot motion of the adjusting lever controls the slide motion of the pair of seat frames.</p> |
