<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kneader with a floating weight elevating/lowering guide apparatus, the kneader enabling a floating weight to be smoothly elevated and lowered by regulating the inclination of a ram shaft and being easily disassembled. <P>SOLUTION: The kneader with the floating weight elevating/lowering guide apparatus includes the floating weight 18 which is elevated and lowered and serves as a pressing member of a kneading chamber 10 in a kneading machine, the ram shaft 36 connected to the floating weight 18 and extending to the elevating/lowering direction, a top beam 34 orthogonally connected to the upper end of the ram shaft 36, piston rods 32 of a pair of hydraulic cylinders 30 which are respectively connected to both end parts of the top bean 34 and a pair of guide rods 50 which are provided to be erected in the machine body of the kneading machine and guides the top beam 34 which is elevated and lowered.
