<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas separation apparatus for hot spring water which has high gas separation ability and can also be applied to a liquid to be treated having a high gas phase volume ratio. <P>SOLUTION: The gas separation apparatus 100 includes: an approximately cylindrical closed inner cylinder 2 where its upper end is opened and at least a part excluding the vicinity of its lower end is disposed in a body tank 1; an outer cylinder 7 which is disposed in the body tank 1 so as to be approximately coaxial with the inner cylinder 2; an inflow pipe 2b which introduces a liquid to be treated into the inner cylinder 2; a core rod 3 which is disposed at an axis of the inner cylinder 2; a helical member 5 which is wound around the core rod 3; an exhaust port 10; and a drain port 11. The liquid to be treated flowing in by pumping causes a swirling upflow in the inner cylinder 2, so that gas is separated by the centrifugal force. A primary treated liquid separated from the gas is scattered from the upper end of the inner cylinder 2 by the centrifugal force of the swirling upflow and collides against the outer cylinder 7, so that the gas is further separated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
