A wireless integrated circuit device comprises a wireless integrated circuit, a power-supply circuit connected to the wireless integrated circuit and including at least one coil pattern, and a radiation plate. The radiation plate includes a first electrode and a second electrode. The first electrode and the second electrode include an opening provided in a portion thereof and a slit connected to the opening. When viewed in plan from a direction of a winding axis of the coil pattern, the opening in the first electrode overlaps with at least a portion of an inner area of the coil pattern and the opening in the second electrode overlaps with at least a portion of the opening of the first electrode. The first electrode is prepared separately from the second electrode and is adhered on the second electrode.
