The present invention relates to a geared encoder motor and a control system thereof. The geared encoder motor can prevent the generation of normal noise generated from a power source. For this, an error due to backlash generated by the coupling of gears by installing an encoder to the shaft of a motor is minimized; and the RPM and torque angle of the motor are accurately controlled. A separate power source to an encoder motor and a PCB is applied. In a geared encoder motor installed in a rectangular housing, it includes a motor which a gear attached to one side of a shaft in the housing, and a disk plate in the other side of the shaft; a PCB which includes a signal transmission part which includes a photo interrupter of detecting a signal related to the rotation of the motor in one side of the disk plate of the motor, and transmits the signal detected by the photo interrupter, a signal calculation output part of calculating a signal inputted from the signal transmission part, a control part of controlling a power source part by a signal outputted from the signal calculation output part, and a power supply part of outputting a voltage controlled by the control part to a power source supply part; a reduction gear which is coupled with the gear attached to the shaft of the motor; and a power gear coupled with the reduction gear. |
