<p>The present invention relates to a flange-integrated Teflon bellows formed as follows: inserting a Teflon tube between flanges; flaring both ends of the Teflon tube; and forming a corrugated part by applying a pressure to the inside of the Teflon tube using a fluid, wherein the flanges have inner wall surfaces having hollow parts and integrally having tube end reinforcing members of which the inner diameters are equal to the diameters of the hollow parts and the widths are 30 - 60 mm. According to the present invention, when the bellows is used, the Teflon tube between the flanges and the corrugated part can be prevented from being deformed like being swollen or drooped by pressure or heat, and portions, which are on the corrugated part and are closest to the flanges, can be prevented from being damaged by contact.</p> |
