PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of preventing an illegal action due to the simultaneous use of multiple devices.SOLUTION: When a specific signal is received from an information control device (S55:YES), a terminal device in a management system outputs an operation restriction command with respect to a navigation device (S60). The navigation device can be independently movable from the terminal device. When an operation restriction command is received from an outside (S105:YES), the navigation device imposes a restriction on the operation of a predetermined specific function (S110). Thus, when the specific signal is transmitted from the information control device to the terminal device, a restriction can be imposed on the simultaneous operations of the terminal device and the navigation device. Consequently, even when the navigation device cannot be identified, an illegal action due to the simultaneous use of the terminal device and the navigation device is prevented by identifying the terminal device. |
