<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure using a vacuum heat insulating panel and having high heat insulating efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A frame body 3 is constituted of lateral members 31 and 32 and longitudinal members 33 and 34. A groove part 31a in which a flange part 11b of a case is to be fitted is formed in the upper side of the lateral member 31 and groove parts 32a and 32b are similarly formed in upper and lower sides of the lateral member 32. Groove parts 33a and 34a are formed in a side of one of the longitudinal members 33 and 34. The lateral members 31 and 32 are mounted on a body 2 via a machine screw 35. In the mounting procedure, the lateral member 31 is mounted on the body 2 first, a flange part 11a of a lower side of the vacuum heat insulating panel 1 is inserted in the groove part 31a of the lateral member 31, groove parts 33a and 34a of the longitudinal members 33 and 34 are then fitted to flange parts 11a of right and left sides of the vacuum heat insulating panel 1 and then the groove part 32a formed in the lower side of the lateral member 32 is fitted to the flange part 11a of the upper side of the vacuum heat insulating panel 1.
