<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular panel having improved joint strength between an outer panel and an inner panel at an intersection part and around the intersection part while preventing the deflection of the outer panel at the intersection part and around the intersection part. <P>SOLUTION: An uplift part 27c having a recessed part 25 inside recessed toward the outer panel side is uplifted from a bottom wall part 23 of a vertical beam 11 constituting the intersection part 13c toward the outer panel side to abut on a bottom wall part 23 of a horizontal beam 9. The uplift part 27c is constituted of a peripheral wall part 29 extending from the bottom wall part 23 to the outer panel side, and a corner wall part 31 provided at the extension end of the peripheral wall part 29 so that the recessed part 25 is constituted by the peripheral wall part 29 and itself.
