<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always locate a drive column vertically to the ground surface, even if a tunnel of a boarding bridge is inclined. <P>SOLUTION: The boarding bridge includes: a tunnel that allows a passenger to move therein; a drive column having a column and a driving wheel installed on the column and rotatably supporting the column on a side surface of the tunnel; an inclination sensor for detecting and outputting an inclination angle of the column of the drive column when the tunnel is inclined in the direction of the column of the drive column when horizontally holding the tunnel; and an actuator for moving the inclined column of the drive column when the tunnel is inclined, in the direction of the column of the drive column when horizontally holding the tunnel by output of the inclination sensor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
