<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a charge/discharge test system which shortens the total wiring length of a thermocouple, as well as reduces the processing load of the CPU in each control device and speeds up temperature data reception processing. <P>SOLUTION: In a charge/discharge test system, a charge test and/or a discharge test are executed on a plurality of samples. The charge/discharge test system comprises: a plurality of thermocouples which detect the temperatures of the plurality of samples; a temperature measurement device which calculates the temperatures of the plurality of samples on the basis of the data acquired from the plurality of thermocouples and converts them into serial data before being output; a switch unit which exerts continuity control on any one of the plurality of thermocouples exclusively of the other; and a plurality of control devices which each control charging/discharging to and from the plurality of samples. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
