The present invention relates to an apparatus for replacing a mounting bushing, which can conveniently replace a bushing of a control arm of a vehicle with a simple structure. The apparatus for replacing a mounting bushing comprises: a support board (10); a hydraulic cylinder (12) which is vertically installed so that a piston rod (13) can stretch upward on the support board (10); a support frame (14) which is mounted in the support board (10) or the hydraulic cylinder (12) and surrounds a moving path of the piston rod (13); a seating support unit (15) which is installed on the top of the hydraulic cylinder (12) so that the piston rod (13) can pass; a cylindrical jig (16) which is detachably coupled to the seating support unit (15) and where a bush housing (4) of a lower arm (1) is seated, and wherein a hollow space is formed; and an upper pushing block (18) which is extended downward from the upper part of the support frame at a position aligned with the cylindrical jig (16), and pushes a mounting bushing (3) to the inside of the cylindrical jig (16) through pressurization by being in contact with the mounting bushing (3). Therefore, in the provided apparatus for replacing a mounting bushing, the top of the support frame (14) is placed at a lower position than the top of the lower arm (1) when seating the bushing housing (4) of the lower arm (1) in the cylindrical jig (16). |
