A functional coating composition according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises 100 parts by weight of inorganic or organic particles of a spherical shape; 8-50 parts by weight of at least one binder resin selected from the group consisting of a polyvinyl resin and an epoxy resin; 0.15-1 parts by weight of a silane coupling agent; and 1-6 parts by weight of an additive. The present invention is to provide the functional coating composition capable of being used as a greenhouse material by being functionally coated on the surface of polycarbonate. |
