The present invention relates to a roaster, which is used as a disposable, comprising a first fuel storage hole which has grooves on the center and stores a first fuel; an oil receiving rack which is installed over the first fuel storage hole and has a curve-shaped floor surface and an opening part connected to the floor surface; a second fuel storage hole which is inserted in the opening part and stores a second fuel; and a roasting plate which is installed over the second fuel storage hole and roasts food ingredients by contacting the ingredients and delivering heat to the same. In the present invention, provided is a roaster, which is used as a disposable and maintains the taste of roasting the ingredients. |
