<p>The present invention relates to a composition for skin regeneration, wrinkle reduction, antioxidation and anti-inflammation. According to the present invention, glabridin promotes fibroblasts to synthesize collagen and thus has effects of regenerating skin and reducing wrinkles. Also, glabridin inhibits generation of free radicals and thus has an antioxidant effect. In addition, glabridin inhibits generation of NO and thus has an anti-inflammatory effect. Therefore, the composition can be used as a pharmaceutical composition, an external use skin formulation, a cosmetic composition, or health food. The composition includes a compound represented by chemical formula 1 as an active ingredient.</p> |
