摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a member for a gas sensor, a gas sensor using the same, and a method of manufacturing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a member for a gas sensor using a porous metal-oxide semiconductor nanostructure including a nanocatalyst using ferritin, a gas sensor, and a method of manufacturing the same. Disclosed is a method of manufacturing a member for a gas sensor using a metal-oxide semiconductor nanostructure which includes steps of: forming a nanostructure in which a metal-oxide precursor, ferritin, and macromolecule are combined; and forming a metal-oxide semiconductor nanostructure including an air pocket and a nanocatalyst by heat-treating the nanostructure in which metal-oxide precursor, ferritin, and macromolecule are combined, wherein the air pocket is formed by protein of the ferritin being pyrolyzed by the heat treatment, and the nanocatalyst is formed by metallic salt having been existed inside the ferritin being oxidized, thereby having a high sensitivity characteristic capable of detecting infinitesimal amount of gas by a simple detection process, having excellent selectivity to detect various gases, maximizing a catalytic function of graphene material used as a catalyst, and having an effect of disclosing a member for a gas sensor capable of being produced by an efficient process; a gas sensor; and a method of manufacturing the same.</p>
