<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel alkali-soluble resin having a ring structure being preferable as a binder resin for a resist for forming a member of an electronic information field and being excellent in heat-resistance, a coloring material dispersion property and a plate making property, and to form a color filter segment of high quality using a photosensitive resin composition containing the resin at a sufficient yield. <P>SOLUTION: The alkali-soluble resin having a constitution unit represented by formula (1) (wherein R represents a hydrogen atom or a 1-30C organic group) in a main chain is used as the binder resin. Further, the photosensitive resin composition containing the resin, a radical polymerizable monomer, a photo-initiator and a solvent as indispensable components is used as a resist for a color filter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
