<p>Corrugated cardboard as used for packages (e.g. for plants) has at least one face coated with a fungicidal agent, particularly dodecyl guanidine or sodium orthophenyl phenate contained in an oil based ink for printing on. Pref. the ink may contain 45g Na o-phenyl phenate per 12 kgrms, or alternatively 2, 3 to 3, 4 kg of dodecyl guanidine concentrated to 35% with 225 litres of water is applied by gravity to the board at the rate 19 to 28 litres per square metre in the course of corrugating.</p> |
