The present invention relates to a billing method used in an electronic commerce system. The method includes the steps of: 1) transmitting the entire payment amount for an order to a seller when the seller is completely done with the order; 2) transmitting a corresponding part of the payment amount for an order to a seller when the seller is partially done with the order; 3) transmitting a corresponding payment amount to a buyer when the buyer partially or completely cancels an order; 4) transmitting a corresponding payment amount to a buyer when a seller partially or completely cancels an order; and 5) a buyer requests the transmission of a completed order to the seller again. |
