The present invention relates to a method for repelling harmful insects. More specifically, the kind of a harmful insect is identified based on sound of wavelength the harmful insect uniquely generates. Therefore, harmful insects can be effectively repelled based on the kinds of the harmful insects. Even when various kinds of harmful insects exist at the same time, the harmful insects can be repelled at the same time. The method includes the steps of: generating sound information of a harmful insect after obtaining sound of the harmful insect through a microphone; searching sound information of a harmful insect which matches to the obtained sound information; and outputting repelling sound in the wavelength for repelling the harmful insect based on the searched sound information of the harmful insect. |
