<p>According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided are an apparatus for processing a borrowing and lending transaction and an operation method thereof. The apparatus for processing the borrowing and lending transaction which intermediates the borrowing and lending transaction between a first user and a second user comprises: account information database including information with respect to assets of the first and second users, which can be displayed on an account and managed, and attribute information with respect to whether disposal restriction of assets included in the account is set, which is a content of a security right or a provisional agreement; an interface module which receives borrowing request with respect to a predetermined asset from the second user - the borrowing request includes information with respect to an asset of which borrowing is requested by the second user and information with respect to a pledged asset provided as a pledge for the borrowing and lending transaction by the second user -; a rental processing module which sets at least a portion of the asset included in the account of the first user as a rentable asset and rents the asset corresponding to the borrowing request of the rentable asset to the second user; and a security right management module which reflects the setting of the security right with respect to the pledged asset by setting the disposal restriction to the pledged asset of the second user with reference to account information database of the second user.</p> |
