<p>The present invention aims to provide: a DNA probe which directly and precisely measures interaction between a DNA and a protein; a method for measuring binding force of a target protein; and a method for detecting a target protein. The method for measuring interaction between a DNA and a protein includes the steps of: preparing a nucleic acid probe wherein nucleic acid is attached on a probe located on an end portion of a cantilever of an atomic force microscopy (AFM); measuring force generate while the nucleic acid probe approaches the target protein and then gets away from the target protein; and analyzing interaction between the nucleic acid and the target protein from a measured value of displacement of the cantilever.</p> |
