摘要 <p>Some embodiments of the present specification relate to a chlorophyll and algae measuring apparatus and method using a fluorescence ideal curve, including a fluorescence measuring unit that measures first and second fluorescence intensities of a sample taken in a measured water area with a first fluorescence sensor for chlorophyll measurement and a second fluorescence sensor for algae measurement and measures in real time the successive first and second fluorescence intensities in the measured water area with the first and second fluorescence sensors; a preprocessing unit that extracts chlorophyll a and algae by filtering the taken sample with a membrane filter and calculates the amounts of the extracted chlorophyll and algae; a fluorescence ideal curve generating unit that analyzes first and second correlations between the measured first and second fluorescence intensities and the detected chlorophyll a and algae amounts and generates first and second fluorescence ideal curves based on the analyzed first and second correlations; and a control unit that calculates in real time chlorophyll a and algae amounts corresponding to the successive first and second fluorescence intensities in the measured water area based on the generated first and second fluorescence ideal curves.</p>
