<p>The present invention relates to a method and a device for assembling a solid tire for heavy equipment vehicles and agricultural machines and, more specifically, to a method and a device for assembling a solid tire for heavy equipment vehicles and agricultural machines, which can assemble a solid tire and a wheel by supplying the wheel to the upper surface of an ejector which is installed in the lower frame of a press to move up and down, using a transfer conveyor, lowering the wheel mounted on the upper surface of the ejector to position the wheel under the upper surface of the lower frame, supplying the solid tire to the upper surface of the lower frame to position the solid tire on the lowered wheel using the transfer conveyor, raising the wheel mounted on the upper surface of the ejector to the height of the upper surface of the lower frame while pushing up the solid tire mounted on the upper surface of the lower frame, and pressing the upper surface of the solid tire by a tire pressing jig which is installed in the upper frame of the press to move up and down. Therefore, since the solid tire and the wheel can be easily and simply assembled without the necessity of laboriously raising or lowering the heavy solid tire and wheel during the assembly work of the solid tire and the wheel, the time and effort required for the assembly work can be reduced, thereby significantly improving productivity and preventing accidents by remarkably reducing work fatigue.</p> |
