<p>The present invention relates to a composition for skin regeneration, anti-wrinkling, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and skin whitening activities. According to the present invention, arenobufagin promotes collagen generation of fibroblasts in the skin and thus has effects of regenerating skin and reducing wrinkles. Arenobufagin inhibits generation of free radicals and thus has an anti-oxidant effect. Arenobufagin also inhibits generation of NO and thus has an anti-inflammatory effect. In addition, arenobufagin inhibits synthesis of melanin and thus has a skin whitening effect. Therefore, the composition can be used as a pharmaceutical composition, an external use skin formulation, a cosmetic composition, or health food. The composition includes a compound represented by chemical formula 1 as an active ingredient.</p> |
