<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for separating and removing carbon dioxide. The temperature of a stripper can be increased by exchanging heat through two heat exchangers. Therefore, energy consumed for increasing the temperature of the stripper in a reboiler can be reduced. The apparatus includes a flow volume valve for adjusting the flow volume of absorption liquid, which is separated into gas and liquid in a flash drum. Therefore, the apparatus can control the volume of the volume of absorption liquid provided to the stripper.</p> |
