<p>The present invention relates to a complex for siRNA delivery, which includes (a) serum albumin; (b) a silver nanorod; (c) siRNA; and (d) an antibody, and to a method for preparing the same. The complex for siRNA delivery of the present invention has excellent stability and economic feasibility, is easily mass-produced, and is able to be manufactured in suitable sizes by having a controllable size. Moreover, the complex for siRNA delivery can be specifically flowed into cancer cells by using an antibody, and can effectively induce removal of cancer by using synergy of siRNA and a photothermal effect.</p> |
