The present invention relates to a coupling member for a form which can couple adjacent forms by a resilient restoring force or a cam portion to easily install the form. A coupling member (100) to couple frames of two adjacent forms includes: a first coupling part (110), a second coupling part (120), a connecting part (130), a first handle part (140), and a second handle part (150). The first coupling part (110) has a first extension portion (111), a second extension portion (113) vertically bent from one end of the first extension portion (111), and a third extension portion (115) vertically bent from the other end of the first extension portion (111) to be in parallel with the second extension portion (113). The second coupling part (120) has a fourth extension portion (121), a fifth extension portion (123) vertically bent from one end of the fourth extension portion (121), and a sixth extension portion (125) vertically bent from the other end of the fourth extension portion (121) to be in parallel with the fifth extension portion (123). The connection part (130) connects a distal end of the second extension portion (113) and a distal end of the fifth extension portion (123) such that the first and fourth extension portions (111, 121) form an angle (θ) greater than 0 degrees and smaller than 180 degrees. The first handle part (140) extends from a distal end of the third extension portion (115) away from the first extension portion (111). The second handle part (150) extends from a distal end of the sixth extension portion (125) away from the fourth extension portion (121). The first and second coupling parts (110, 120) are coupled to the frame (400).
