<p>The present invention relates to a nanoparticle form using a carotenoid compound having a partially different structure from an existing carotenoid compound. According to the present invention, carotenoid nanoparticles having a diameter of less than or equal to 1000 nm and comprising a novel carotenoid compound have improved stability and functionality compared to nanoparticles manufactured by an existing beta-carotene series compound. More specifically, carotenoid nanoparticles of the present invention can be safely absorbed in the body, can be transported to a position with oxidant stress in a complete form, and can be used to transport nutrients, drugs, cosmetics, etc which have bad absorption rate and tenacity.</p> |
