1. A photosensitive resin composition for a color filter, comprising:
(A) a colorant including a diaminopyridine azo-based dye including a structure represented by the following Chemical Formula 1 and having an absorption wavelength at about 450 nm to about 550 nm; (B) an acrylic-based binder resin; (C) an acrylic-based photopolymerizable monomer; (D) a photopolymerization initiator; and (E) a solvent: wherein, in Chemical Formula 1, R1 is C2 to C20 alkylamino alkylsulfonyl, R2 is substituted or unsubstituted C6 to C30 arylene or substituted or unsubstituted C6 to C30 heteroarylene, R3 is hydrogen, substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C20 alkyl, C1 to C20 alkyl wherein at least one —CH2— is replaced with —SO2—, —O—, or —NR—, wherein R is hydrogen or C1 to C6 alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C3 to C20 cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C2 to C20 alkenyl, substituted or unsubstituted C6 to C30 aryl, substituted or unsubstituted C2 to C30 heterocyclic group, sulfonyl alkyl —SO2R′, wherein R′ is hydrogen or C1 to C10 alkyl, a sulfonyl aryl —SO2R″, wherein R″ is C6 to C16 aryl, an acylic group, a carboxyl group, a sulfone group, or a carbamoyl group, R4, R5, R′4, and R′5 are the same or different and are each independently hydrogen, substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C20 alkyl, C1 to C20 alkyl wherein at least one —CH2— is replaced with —SO2— or —O—, substituted or unsubstituted C3 to C20 cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C2 to C20 alkenyl, substituted or unsubstituted C6 to C30 aryl, substituted or unsubstituted C2 to C30 heterocyclic group, sulfonyl alkyl —SO2R′, wherein R′ is hydrogen or C1 to C10 alkyl, sulfonyl aryl —SO2R″, wherein R″ is C6 to C16 aryl, an acylic group, a carboxyl group, a sulfone group, or a carbamoyl group, wherein substituted alkyl of R4, R5, R′4, and R′5 is alkyl substituted with a substituent selected from the group consisting of halogen, a cyano group, an imino group, an amidino group, a hydrazine group, a hydrazone group, a carboxyl group, substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C20 alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C6 to C30 aryl, substituted or unsubstituted C3 to C30 cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C3 to C30 heteroaryl, substituted or unsubstituted C2 to C30 heterocycloalkyl, and combinations thereof, and R6 is hydrogen, halogen, or cyano. |
