The present invention provides a system for producing a metal carrier for removing nitrogen oxides. According to the present invention, a process of producing the metal carrier for removing nitrogen oxides is automatized, thereby enhancing productivity and properties for forming the metal carrier. According to the present invention, the system for producing the metal carrier for removing nitrogen oxides includes a flat plate material forming unit that includes a first pay-off reel on which a roll having a material wound therearound is placed, a first transferring device for transferring the material, and a first cutting device, which cuts the material and forms a flat plate material in a predetermined size; a bent plate material forming unit that includes a second pay-off reel on which the roll having the material wound therearound is placed, a second transferring device for transferring the material, a roll press device for bending the material transferred by the second transferring device, and a second cutting device, which cuts the material at predetermined intervals and forms a bent plate material in the predetermined size; a metal carrier forming unit that includes an intermediate assembly assembling device, which alternately receives the flat plate material and the bent plate material and vertically stack the flat plate material and the bent plate material in an alternate manner, and includes an intermediate assembly extraction device, which induces extraction of an intermediate assembly; and a controller which controls operation of the flat plate material forming unit, the bent plate material forming unit, and the metal carrier forming unit. |
