<p>The present invention relates to a window monitoring method and a window monitoring system using a smartphone based on a multipurpose alarm device. The present invention provides the window monitoring system using the multipurpose alarm device, a photographing and storing device which is connected to the multipurpose alarm device, and the smart phone which is connected to the photographing and storing device through a communication network. Image data and a distance between a frame to which the multipurpose alarm device is attached and a window sash are transmitted to the smartphone in real time.
