The present invention relates to a fixed-type solar photovoltaic generator capable of being simply installed at a low cost and maximizing the efficiency in a minimal control scheme. According to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a fixed-type solar photovoltaic generator having a reflector of a minimal control type, which includes: a solar cell panel installed to allow a solar collection surface to face the sun moving south; first and second reflectors rotatably installed on east and west side surfaces of the solar collection panel, respectively; a sensor module including first and second sensors, wherein the first sensor senses a quantity of light in a first section while the sun is located between sunrise and midday, which is larger than that in a second section while the sun is located between midday and sunset, and the second sensor senses the quantity of light in the second section, which is larger than that in the first section; and a control module for controlling the rotational angle of at least one of the first and second reflectors based on the first and second quantities of light sensed by the first and second sensors. |
