主权项 1. A computer system including instructions recorded on a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, the instructions being readable and executable by at least one processor of a computing device, the system comprising: a plurality of schedulers including a high priority scheduler and a low priority scheduler; a logging module, including a memory, configured to cause the at least one processor to log information associated with activity of at least the high priority scheduler of the plurality of schedulers and one or more queues operatively coupled to each of the high priority scheduler and the low priority scheduler, wherein the logging module is configured to: cause the at least one processor to log global information associated with the high priority scheduler, including at least one of a user for which the high priority scheduler is running, a processing time of the high priority scheduler, a passport ID of the high priority scheduler, available resources of the high priority scheduler, or a status of the high priority scheduler;cause the at least one processor to log information associated with runtime behavior of the one or more queues, including at least one of queue status, queue name of a specific inbound queue of the high priority scheduler, processing time associated with specific queue names started by the high priority scheduler and corresponding conversation IDs, or root cause analysis of incidents and error notifications; andsearch SQL data records and Advanced Business Application Program (ABAP) traces using a transaction ID provided with the global information of the high priority scheduler to identify incidents and generate corresponding error notifications; a receiving module configured to receive a request for the information associated with at least one of the plurality of schedulers; and a transmission module configured to transmit the information associated with at least one of the plurality of schedulers.
