<p>The present invention relates to an ultrasonic welding apparatus including an ultrasonic welding part; a transferring device which transfers the ultrasonic welding part; and a linear sensor which directly senses an object to be welded making contact with a target part by a forward movement of the transferring device to store the position at such point as a reference position, generates an oscillating signal in order to operate the ultrasonic welding part, stops the operation of the ultrasonic welding part by sensing the movement of a certain distance when the ultrasonic welding device is progressed by a predetermined certain distance at the pre-stored reference position, and generates a retrogression signal for pulling the transferring device back, and to a welding method using the same. The present invention enables the welding condition of the object to be welded to be uniform and optimal by directly measuring the welding degree even when a contact position in which a horn meets the target part is different whenever a welding process is performed since an error in a position on which the target part of the object to be welded is arranged exists.</p> |
