<p>Disclosed are a lift drive assembly for a roller, which uses a lift drive unit and is capable of preventing a conveyor belt from being cut and damaged due to the fracture of a return roller, and a system for preventing the conveyor belt from being cut and damaged. According to the present invention, the system, which prevents the conveyor belt from being cut and damaged, releases the contact between the return roller and the conveyor belt by moving down the return roller, when the detected temperature corresponds to the temperature at which the conveyor belt is cut and damaged after determining whether the detected temperature of the return roller is the temperature at which the conveyor belt is cut and damaged.</p> |
