1. An apparatus that executes at least one process in a process flow, the apparatus comprising:
a terminal information storing unit configured to store terminal information of at least one of user terminals which stores address information; an input unit configured to receive an operation input by a user of the apparatus; a process information obtaining unit configured to obtain information of the process flow stored in a management apparatus, accessed based on the address information obtained from the user terminal selected from among the terminal information by the operation received by the input unit; a function control unit configured to cause the apparatus to perform at least one process of the process flow; and a linkage unit configured to send a result of the process to the management apparatus.
