1. An anion exchange-type fuel cell, comprising:
an electrolyte layer that has oxygen vacancies hydrated with water molecules, the electrolyte layer containing at least one layered metal oxide selected from the group consisting of NaCo2O4 and LaFe3Sr3O10, wherein an ion conductor of the fuel cell is a hydroxide ion (OH—), and wherein the layered metal oxide includes OH groups, which dissociate in the layered metal oxide at higher than 200 degrees Celsius. |
