The present invention relates to compounds having general formula I characterized in that;wherein in particular:R1 represents one or a plurality of groups such as: trifluoromethyl, halogen such as F, Cl, Br, methyl, nitro.R represents nitrogenT-U represents C═C, V represents N, W represents C═O, R2 represents Cl or H, R3=H and R4=Me,A represents;wherein n=m=1, X represents —CH2— and E represents —CH—, and D represents oxygen,along with the various isomers and mixtures thereof in any proportions, and the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.
