BATHING UNIT CONTROL UNIT WITH MULTIMEDIA FUNCTIONALITY AND DOCKING MODULE FOR USE IN CONNECTION WITH SAME

A bathing unit control unit with multimedia functionality and associated a docking module for receiving an external media source are provided. The docking module, which is for use in a bathing unit environment, has a body defining a cavity suitable for receiving therein a media source storing media content. The docking module also has an interface connector positioned within the cavity defined by the body and a cover member suitable for engaging the body to substantially enclose the cavity. The interface connector is for coupling with a complementary connector associated with an external media source for accessing media content stored on the external media source. In use, the body of the docking module may be installed so that it is positioned in a recess formed on an outside panel of a bathing unit.
