<p>The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a multi-fluid pipe cable comprising multiple hollow fluid pipes to transfer fluid to facilities such as a ship or the like at high pressure. The manufacturing method comprises: a cutting step of continuously cutting a stainless steel sheet; a pipe forming step of rolling the stainless steel pipe into a pipe shape; a drawing step of drawing the stainless steel pipe in order for the stainless steel pipe passing through the pipe forming step to have a predetermined diameter; a washing step of washing the drawn stainless steel pipe; a heat treatment step of successively making the washed stainless steel pipe pass through an electric furnace; a color resin coating step of improving the recognition of each heat-treated stainless pipe; a twisting step of twisting the stainless steel pipes coated with various color resins to make the stainless steel pipes gently rotate around a core rod as a central axis; a filler coating step of coating the stainless steel pipes with a filler to maintain the arrangement of the stainless steel pipes in a cable; and a step of coating the filler with an outer skin to protect the filler.</p> |
