<p>PURPOSE: A portable terminal and a control method for the same are provided to enable a user to perform a desired task while recognizing an alarm by providing alarm when an alarm condition which the user sets matches with an actual weather condition. CONSTITUTION: An alarm menu, through which weather condition is set, is displayed on a display unit(S301). Through the alarm menu, the weather condition and alarm time are inputted(S302). If weather of the weather condition matches with weather of actual weather information at the alarm time, an image corresponding to the weather is displayed on the display unit(S308). The weather condition includes probability information which shows a probability of the whether occurrence of the weather condition.</p> |
