PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-mold desorption type stamping device capable of preventing the contamination of a molding machine and the corrosion of a mold by preventing the intrusion of a gas generated from a molten resin into a space between the stamping device and the mold upon molding.SOLUTION: Provided is a stamping device in a molding mold, in which an index body 3 includes an index part facing on the inside face of the mold, a positioning member extending out from the index part to the lower part and a screw part 31 extending out from the positioning part to the lower part. The inner wall side of the display outer shell body includes: an upper step part 21 storing the index part, a middle step part 22 located at the lower part of the upper step part and further located with the positioning part and a lower step part 23 located at the par lower than the middle step part. The middle step part has a size smaller than the size of the upper step part, further, the lower step part has a size larger than the size of the middle step part, the lowermost part of the lower step part is screwed with a cover body 6, further, the screw part of the index body is screwed with a nut 4, and a spring 5 is interposed between the nut and the upper face in the lower step part of the outer shell body. |
