<p>An apparatus for removing dither in a system for measuring a physical quantity is provided. The apparatus for removing dither in a closed circuit comprises: a demodulator which demodulates a physical quantity output of the system including a dither signal, and extracts the dither signal; a dither error calculating unit which compares the extracted dither signal with a reference value in order to calculate an error due to topology of the system; and a compensating signal calculating unit which generates a dither removal compensating signal reflecting the error. In addition, the apparatus for removing dither in the closed circuit includes a summer which removes the dither in the system by combining the dither removal compensating signal with the output of the demodulator.</p> |
