PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new product/service meeting consumers' needs to a company more efficiently by collecting consumers' views appropriate on the Internet for a set of processes consisting of the creation of a new product concept, monitoring of a prototype, test sale, and sale.SOLUTION: A system for developing a product meeting consumers' needs, which collects the consumers' needs for each business stage from planning of a new product to product development and sales by wide area information communication means, comprises: first means for establishing a good communication between a company and consumers on the basis of the consumers' needs to collect detailed data on consumer tastes; second means for predicting consumer trends on the basis of the detailed data; third means for planning the improvement of an existing product on the basis of the collected detailed consumer trend data; and forth data for proposing the consumer trend data and a plan for improving the existing product to a company working on a new product development and marketing. |
