摘要 The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a silicon nanocomposite anode material for a lithium secondary battery. The manufacturing method of a silicon nanocomposite anode material for a lithium secondary battery of the present invention has the technical feature that the manufacturing method of a silicon nanocomposite anode material comprises a first step of preparing an ethanol solvent; a second step of mounting a silicon-based wire between two electrodes positioned in the ethanol solvent and manufacturing a dispersion solution having silicon nanoparticles dispersed by high voltage pulse discharge; and a third step of collecting silicon nanoparticles included in the dispersion solution, and ball-milling to crush the carbon layer and silicon carbide formed on the surface of the silicon particles. According to the present invention, the carbon layer and silicon carbide formed on the surface of silicon particles are minimized by mounting a silicon-based wire between two electrodes under the atmosphere of an ethanol-based solvent, applying high voltage pulse electric power to the both ends to gasify and disperse by the instant resistance heating, and ball-milling. Accordingly, the present invention has the advantage capable of manufacturing a silicon nanocomposite anode active material, and improving the properties of a battery applied with the silicon nanocomposite anode active material.
